Refunds and Exchanges — 30-Day Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be burned less than 25%
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same one, please email us at:

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Re-check your bank account or payment method.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Shipping
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Shipping time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
- We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item—consider using a trackable shipping service.
